Assignment 3 for 2010 Lc - Yeast.

Does anyone know if its acceptable to make pizza for this instead of Bread, the assignment is worded strangely - as in it mentions the popularity of Breads in the quote that starts the queation but then ask you to cook a yeast product. In reading it I assume a yeast dough based pizza is the only reasonable thing to do - time wise!
